The initial step in the process is a Best Practices Audit.  We conduct a one-on-one meeting to discuss your business' current marketing and sales process, and compare them to the practices of today's best performing organizations.  The result is a customized report offering specifics on what you are doing well, and where there are opportunities for changes to improve your sales performance. During a debrief session, we cover a punch list of priorities, and how best to increase sales revenues and control marketing and sales expenses.
